Michelada Mix is not only for beer. Its spices, lime and umami make it the easiest sauce for seafood and snacks.
Three ideas
- Shrimp cocktail: mix 2 tablespoons of Michelada Mix with the cocktail sauce and a squeeze of lime.
- Ceviche or aguachile: drizzle 2 to 3 tablespoons just before serving, then add cucumber and red onion.
- Chips and fruit: a few drops over totopos, mango or cucumber with chili powder.
Party tip
Set a bottle of Michelada Mix next to the snacks and let guests add their own. At our mobile bar it disappears first.
